How do I cancel my Domain Radar subscription?

You can cancel your Domain Radar subscription yourself through either the Domain Radar dashboard or the Settings page — both take you to the Stripe billing portal where the cancellation is completed.

Cancelling is self-serve and takes just a few steps. There are two entry points: the plan card at the top of your Domain Radar dashboard (/domain-radar) and the Subscription card on your Settings page (/settings). Both have a 'Manage subscription' button that opens the Stripe billing portal, where you complete the cancellation. If you do not have an active Radar plan, the Subscription card in Settings will not be visible.

  1. Log in to your Lynqly account.
  2. Go to Domain Radar (/domain-radar) or Settings (/settings).
  3. Click 'Manage subscription' — on the Domain Radar page it's in the plan card near the top; on the Settings page it's in the Subscription card.
  4. In the Stripe billing portal, select the option to cancel your subscription.
  5. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can reverse the cancellation any time before that date.
★ GOOD TO KNOW

Cancellation is not immediate — Stripe uses a cancel-at-period-end model, so your Radar access runs through the date shown as 'Renews' on the plan card before it stops. No refund is issued for the remaining days of a Radar billing period; the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to Project Pass purchases, not to recurring Radar subscription charges.
