Founder’s note

For fifteen years, the hardest part of any idea I had wasn’t building it. It was naming it. Everything good was taken, so I’d settle, drop the .com, or pay for whatever was left. I once spent $800 on a domain. Another time, close to $2,000 for a name. I thought that was just the price of starting something.

When AI got good enough, one belief wouldn’t leave me: names are the most foundational thing you need to build anything. So I spent six months building an engine to invent them, and I ran it in my office day and night. I didn’t know what would come out. Then a name surfaced that stopped me cold. Lynqly. The company you’re reading about was invented by the engine it’s named after.

Names are the first thing you need to build anything, and now that part is handled. I name everything with it now, including what I’m building next. The name you deserve probably doesn’t exist yet. That isn’t the problem. That’s the whole opportunity.
