Lynqly uses industry-standard security practices and a PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe) so your card and account data are handled responsibly — and you have full self-serve control over your own data.
Yes, we take data and payment security seriously. Your payment card information is processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor — Lynqly never stores raw card numbers on our own servers. All account data (your email address, domain portfolio, and session information) is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We use a magic-link, passwordless sign-in flow, which means there are no passwords to steal or breach in the first place.
You have meaningful control over your own data. From your account settings you can request a complete export of your data or submit an account deletion request at any time. If you need a refund on a purchase, our 14-day unconditional refund guarantee means you can ask for your money back without having to justify it — that is a separate promise from our security practices, but it reflects the same commitment to treating you fairly.
If you ever notice unusual activity on your account, or suspect a security issue, contact Lynqly support immediately. Also note that when you request account deletion, your data goes through a short grace period before it is permanently removed — it is not deleted the moment you submit the request.
