How do I report abuse, fraud, or a security issue?

Report abuse or fraud to support@lynqly.com, and security vulnerabilities to security@lynqly.com — include the specifics, and for active fraud loop in the authorities too.

We take three kinds of reports seriously, and where you send them matters. For abuse, harassment, or a scam or impersonation domain, email support@lynqly.com. For a security vulnerability or weakness in the platform itself, email security@lynqly.com — and please practice responsible disclosure: give the team a chance to fix it before sharing anything publicly.

  1. Pin down what you're reporting: abuse or harassment, fraud or impersonation, or a security vulnerability.
  2. Gather the specifics — the domain or URL involved, a clear description, screenshots or evidence, and when it happened.
  3. Send it to the right place: support@lynqly.com for abuse and fraud, security@lynqly.com for security issues.
  4. If you're facing active fraud or financial harm, don't wait on us alone — in the US you can also report to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
★ GOOD TO KNOW

We can't promise a specific outcome or timeline on a report, but every one is read and investigated. The more concrete detail you give us up front, the faster we can act on it.
