If your purchase included a post-purchase Boost charge, that amount is refunded automatically alongside the base purchase. The guarantee covers the full amount you paid.
- Sign in to your Lynqly account.
- Navigate to the Billing page in your account portal.
- Find the purchase you want to refund in your billing history.
- Click the guarantee status badge on that purchase row to open the refund dialog.
- Confirm your refund claim — one click, no questions asked.
- The refund is submitted immediately and will appear on your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank.
A few things to know: the 14-day window starts at the time of purchase, not when your results are ready. Your names and dossiers are yours to keep regardless of a refund — nothing is clawed back. Each purchase can only be refunded once. Free ($0) purchases are not covered by the guarantee.
