How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?

If your paid purchase is within 14 days of the payment date, you can claim a full refund in one click from the Billing portal — no form, no criteria, no questions.

The guarantee is unconditional and self-serve. Any paid purchase is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the payment date — there is no domain-score threshold, no requirement that the run has completed, and no qualifying criteria beyond the window being open and the purchase not already refunded. The 14-day clock starts on the day you paid, not the day your results arrive. If you also purchased the Boost add-on, the full amount paid (base charge plus Boost) is covered — not just the base.

  1. Log in and go to the Billing section of your account.
  2. Find the purchase you want to refund. Each transaction shows its guarantee status: Eligible Now, Window Expired, or Refunded.
  3. Click the status badge or the refund action on an eligible purchase and confirm. That is the entire process.
  4. Lynqly processes the refund to your original payment card — typically within 1-2 business days — and sends you a confirmation email when it is issued.
  5. Your domain candidates, rankings, and dossiers remain fully accessible in your account. A refund does not delete or revoke your results.
★ GOOD TO KNOW

Three situations block a self-serve claim: (1) the purchase was free (zero-dollar checkout), (2) the 14-day window has already closed, or (3) a refund has already been issued or is currently in flight for that purchase. The guarantee covers one claim per purchase — once a refund is issued, it is fully consumed for that transaction. If your window has expired and something seems off, reach out to support@lynqly.com; outcomes after the window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Note also that this guarantee applies to one-time paid purchases only, not to subscription charges.
