Can I change or remove my payment method?

Yes — you can add, set a default, or remove payment cards entirely from the Billing page, with no support contact needed.

All payment method management happens on your Billing page (/billing), in the Payment Methods section. You can add a new card, set any saved card as your default for future charges, or remove a card — all self-serve, no support required.

  1. Go to Billing in your account. The Payment Methods section is on that page.
  2. To add a card: click '+ Add a card', complete the secure card form, and save.
  3. To set a default: click 'Set default' on any saved card. That card will be used for all future charges.
  4. To remove a card: click 'Remove' and confirm the dialog. If you remove your default card and have others on file, a remaining card automatically becomes your new default.
★ GOOD TO KNOW

If you have an active Domain Radar subscription, you cannot remove your only card on file. The page will prompt you to either add a replacement card first, or cancel your Radar subscription first — both exits are right there in the UI. Outside of an active Domain Radar subscription, removing your last card is a straightforward removal with no other restrictions. Note that there is no way to edit a card's details in place; if your card details have changed, remove the old card and add the new one.
