My build stopped or failed. What now?

If a build fails on our side, nothing on your site changes and you are not charged. Press Run it again. If it paused for money, add funds and continue.

  1. "Stopped before it shipped": something went wrong on our side. Nothing changed and you were not charged. Press Run it again.
  2. "Paused, your balance ran out": everything built so far is kept. Add funds, then press Continue the build.
  3. "Stopped": you stopped it. Press Resume build if you want to finish.
Good to know

If the same build fails twice, ask us from the Help tab. Include the work order number so we can look right away.
