- Open Setup, then Export & ownership.
- Press Export my app.
- Choose whether to include your members' logins.
- Confirm it's you with your account password. No password set? The download link is emailed to you instead.
- Press Create my export, then Download my app.
The package includes your website, backend, data and members. It doesn't include your keys for services like Stripe, the Lynqly editor, or the free lynqly.com address. A developer can start it with one command, or put it on a host.
After the move, your app uses your own accounts for the services it needs: your Stripe keys for payments, an email provider, and a texting or AI provider if your app uses them. The guide inside the package walks your developer through each one.
Custom code, selling as a marketplace, and purchases made through Apple or Google don't carry over yet.
Good to know
The download link works once and expires after 15 minutes. You can export up to 10 times a day. Exporting is free on every plan.
