Can my customers delete their accounts?

Yes. A customer can delete their own account. Their login and their own content go, and business records like orders stay with personal details removed.

  1. Their sign-in, sessions and personal content are deleted.
  2. Orders, bookings and payment records stay in your app so your books add up, with their personal details removed.
  3. A subscription they bought keeps billing until they cancel it, so remind them to cancel first.

You can also delete a member yourself from Data, under Users, with the same result.
