You can get a copy of everything Lynqly holds on your account: your profile, settings, projects, payment history, credits, your last 100 sign-ins and settings changes, and past exports.
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Under Your data, find Download everything and press Request download.
- We email you when the file is ready, usually within a few minutes.
- Click the link in the email to download your data as a JSON file. The link works for 7 days.
Good to know
You can ask once an hour. The link only comes by email and there is no re-download in the app, so save the file when it arrives.
