How do refunds, payouts and disputes work?

All in your own Stripe dashboard. Stripe pays out to your bank on its schedule. Refund a sale there and Lynqly's share is returned too.

  1. Refunds: issue them in your Stripe dashboard. Lynqly's share is returned in proportion, all of it on a full refund.
  2. Payouts: Stripe sends money to your bank account on the schedule you set in Stripe.
  3. Disputes and chargebacks: answered in Stripe, since you are the seller.
  4. Receipts: Stripe can email them to your customers. Turn that on in Stripe.
Good to know

Lynqly never holds your money and never sees your customers' card numbers.
