How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address from your account settings — the new address becomes active once you confirm it via a verification link sent to the new inbox.

Changing your email address is done entirely from within your account settings, and you must be logged in to do it. After you enter a new address, we send a verification link to that new inbox — the change does not take effect until you click that link, so your current email remains active in the meantime. Your old address may also receive a security notification letting you know a change was requested.

  1. Log in to your Lynqly account.
  2. Open your account settings — look for your avatar or profile menu to get there.
  3. Find your email address and select the option to change or update it.
  4. Enter your new email address when prompted.
  5. Check the inbox of your new email address for a verification link.
  6. Click the link to confirm ownership — the change takes effect at that point.
  7. If the verification email does not show up, check your spam or junk folder before requesting a resend.
★ GOOD TO KNOW

If you no longer have access to the email address currently on your account, you will not be able to initiate this flow on your own — reach out to our support team and we will work through an alternative verification path with you. Also note that an email change here applies to your Lynqly login; billing records or invoice contact details in external systems may be managed separately.
