Click "Export everything" in your Settings page and we will email you a JSON file containing all your account data, usually within a few minutes.
You can request a full copy of your Lynqly data directly from your Settings page. The export covers your user profile, account settings, projects, payment history, unlock credits, login history (last 100 entries), settings audit log (last 100 entries), and export history — everything we hold on you across all core data types, in line with GDPR.
- Log in to your Lynqly account.
- Open Settings from the account dropdown in the top navigation.
- Click the "Export everything" button in the top-right area of the Settings page header.
- A confirmation message will appear letting you know your request was received.
- Check your registered email address — when the file is ready you will receive an email with a download link, usually within a few minutes.
- Click the link in that email to download your data as a JSON file. The link is valid for 7 days.
You are limited to one export request per hour — if you have a recent export in progress or already completed, the system will block a new request until the window clears. The download link is only delivered by email and expires after 7 days; there is no in-app download panel or re-download option, so save the file when it arrives.
