I didn't get my magic link, or it expired.

If your magic link didn't arrive or no longer works, request a fresh one from the sign-in page — only the newest link is valid, and a quick spam-folder check usually sorts it out.

Magic links are single-use and expire after a fixed window, so if yours didn't arrive in time or you clicked an older one from a previous email, it won't work. The fix is straightforward: go back to the sign-in page and request a new one. Only the most recently issued link is valid — all earlier ones are automatically invalidated the moment a new request is made.

  1. Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address to request a new magic link.
  2. Check your inbox first, then your spam, junk, and promotions folders — delivery filters sometimes catch these.
  3. Wait a minute or two if the email hasn't appeared yet, then check again before re-requesting.
  4. If you still see nothing, confirm you are entering the exact email address you registered with — even a small typo will route the link to the wrong address.
  5. Request one more fresh link. Do not click any older links still sitting in your inbox; only the newest one will work.
  6. If you have worked through all of the above and still cannot sign in, reach out to support and we will look into it with you.
★ GOOD TO KNOW

Email delivery is handled by your mail provider once the link leaves our system. We cannot guarantee delivery timing, and repeated delays are usually caused by spam filters or ISP queuing — not an issue on your account itself.
