Your build balance is one prepaid balance for your whole account. Builds and changes to any of your apps are paid from it. Your running apps never use it: the AI steps inside an app are included with that app's plan.
Top up from Home, from Billing, or with Add funds in the editor. Turn on auto-reload so a build never stops halfway.

Funds never expire. Your hosting plan is billed separately, per app.
