Can I get a refund on my build balance?

Build balance is not refundable in general, but a Guaranteed build that isn't delivered comes back in full, and failed builds on our side cost nothing.

  1. Guaranteed build not delivered as promised: the full price comes back to your balance, or to your card if you ask within 30 days.
  2. A build that fails on our side: $0.
  3. Pay as you go: you pay for the work that ran before you stopped it.
  4. Closing your account: ask within 30 days and unused funds you bought by card are refunded at what you paid. Bonus value is not refunded.
  5. Funds bought through Apple or Google are refunded by Apple or Google.
