What happens to my apps if I close my account?

Every app on the account is deleted with it, 30 days after you ask. You can change your mind until then. Export anything you want to keep first.

  1. Export each app you want to keep from Setup, Export & ownership.
  2. Cancel any plans and add-ons you no longer need.
  3. Close the account from Settings. The account is switched off after 7 days and deleted, with its apps, after 30. The confirmation email has a link to cancel.
  4. Ask within 30 days for a refund of unused build balance you bought by card.
Good to know

Your customers' data in those apps is deleted with them. Let your customers know if your app is going away.
