When you export, tick "Include my members' login credentials" and confirm. Your customers keep signing in with the passwords they already use, on your new server.
If you leave it off, the export has everything else, and each member sets a new password the first time they sign in.
Good to know
Once you include logins, keeping them safe on your own server is your responsibility.
