The guarantee has no conditions. A Domain Finder purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of the day you paid. Your run doesn't need to be finished, and there is no score it has to miss. The clock starts when you pay, not when results arrive. If you added the Boost, that is refunded too.
- Sign in and open Billing.
- Under Money-back guarantee, find the purchase. Everything you can still claim is listed there with its deadline.
- Press Request refund and confirm.
- The refund goes back to your original card, and we email you when it's sent. Your bank usually shows it within a few business days.
- Your names, rankings and brand reports stay in your account. A refund doesn't take them away.
Good to know
A refund can't be claimed if the purchase was free, the 14 days have passed, or it's already been refunded. Each purchase can be refunded once. Window closed and something seems wrong? Email support@lynqly.com and we'll look at it. The guarantee covers one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
