Your app can text customers reminders, confirmations and updates, and texts can come back to your app too. See how many have gone out in Setup, Email & texts.
- Each app can send up to 100 texts a day, and up to 10 a day to the same number.
- Sending the same text to the same number twice inside a minute is skipped as a duplicate.
- If texting is ever off, text steps are simply skipped. Nothing is charged and the rest of the automation runs.
If someone replies STOP, they stop getting texts from apps on Lynqly. Replying START turns texts back on, and HELP explains who is texting.
Good to know
Only text people who asked to hear from you, like customers who booked or gave you their number for updates.
