- Open the app in the editor, then Setup, then Plan. Or use Change plan on your Billing page.
- Press Choose or Switch on the plan you want, or Cancel plan.
- Upgrading: you pay the difference for the rest of the period now, and the new plan is on at once.
- Downgrading: nothing is charged today. The lower plan starts when the current period ends.
- Cancelling: the plan stays active until the end of the period. Nothing on your site changes today.
Good to know
Plans aren't refunded for part of a month, so a cancellation always runs to the end of the period you paid for.
