- Compare the record at your provider with Setup, Site address & domain. The name should be www and the value exactly as shown.
- Using Cloudflare? Set the record to DNS only, the grey cloud, not the orange one.
- Remove any older record for www that points somewhere else.
- Wait a little, then press Recheck now. Changes at your provider can take up to 48 hours to reach everyone.
"Issuing your certificate" means the record is found and the security certificate is on its way. Give it a few minutes and recheck.
