What is an operation, and how many will I use?

An operation is one small piece of work your app does: showing a page, saving a form, looking up data or running an automation. A typical visit uses about 10.

Four things count, each as one operation:

  1. A page view.
  2. An automation run, like sending a confirmation after a form.
  3. A data lookup, like loading a list of products.
  4. A save, like a booking or sign-up.

At about 10 per visit, the Free plan's 250,000 operations cover roughly 25,000 visits a month. Emails don't count, and your own previews don't count.
