Collect the dues, skip the chasing.
Members pay their dues by card into the club’s own Stripe and sign in to the members’ pages: the directory, the events and the minutes. Your Admin shows who’s paid up, so nobody keeps a spreadsheet of it.
It starts from“A members site for my club where members pay yearly dues by card, signed-in members can see a member directory they choose to be listed in, an events list where paid members RSVP and each event stops at its capacity, members-only pages for the bylaws and meeting minutes, my admin shows the full member list, and I get an email for each new member.”

What comes working in a club membership app?
Who’s paid, who’s coming.
The treasurer, the secretary and the events lead each kept their own list. In the first version, those lists are one.
- ✓ Comes working01
Dues by card, yearly or monthly
Dues at the amount the club sets, billed by the club’s own Stripe. When a membership ends, RSVPs close for that person.
- ✓ Comes working02
A directory members opt into
Paid members list themselves if they want to be found, with only the details they choose to share. Only members can browse it.
- ✓ Comes working03
Events with RSVPs and a cap
Members RSVP to the next meeting, dinner or ride. When the room is full, the event says so, even if two people reply at once.
- ✓ Comes working04
Bylaws and minutes, members only
Post the bylaws, the latest minutes and club notices behind the members’ sign-in, never on a public page.
- ✓ Comes working05
The full roll, in your Admin
Every member, the day each one joined and every RSVP, in one place only you can open.
- ✓ Comes working06
Sign-in without the fuss
Members sign in with a login link or a password, and reset it themselves when they forget.
- ✓ Comes working07
An email for each new member
You hear about every join, and your Admin counts members by plan and RSVPs by event.
What members open, what you see.
A member signs in to the events, the directory and the minutes. You see the roll, dues and RSVPs in your Admin.
How does online dues collection save a club time?
Dues that renew, lists that agree.
Most clubs run on volunteers, and the job nobody wants is chasing dues: who paid in cash, who said they’d send it, who quietly left. With dues on a card, renewals happen on their own and the list of who’s paid is always the real one.
It settles the awkward part too. RSVPs close when a membership ends, so nobody has to tell a member they’re behind.
- Renewals on their ownYearly dues renew on the card, with no reminder rounds.
- One listPaid, ended and new members in one place.
- The club’s own StripeNot a volunteer’s personal account.
What do members actually use a club site for?
The next event, and each other.
Two things: what’s on next, and who else is in the club. Lead with the events list and the directory, and keep the minutes and bylaws one tap away for the members who look for them.
It doesn’t send a meeting notice to the whole roll at once, and dues are cancelled from the club’s Stripe, not inside the app.
