One chair, one client at a time.
Clients choose a service, a stylist and a time, and leave a deposit to hold it. Each stylist’s time can only be booked once, and the whole day sits in your Admin by chair.
It starts from“A booking site for my hair salon where clients choose a service from my list, pick a stylist and an open time, pay a deposit by card to hold it, each stylist’s time can only be booked once, clients can sign in to see their past and upcoming appointments, and I get an email for every booking.”

What comes working in a salon booking app?
Booked while you’re cutting.
Services, stylists, open times and deposits: what the phone on the front desk handles all day works in the first version, in your salon’s colors.
- ✓ Comes working01
A service list at your prices
Cut, color, blowout, beard trim: each service at the price or deposit you set, fixed in the app, so nobody changes what they pay.
- ✓ Comes working02
Each stylist’s own times
Clients pick who does their hair, then an open time with that stylist. A taken time is gone, even when two clients tap it at once.
- ✓ Comes working03
Deposits that cut no-shows
The deposit is paid by card at booking, into your own Stripe account. The rest is paid in the salon, the way you take it now.
- ✓ Comes working04
Client logins with their history
Clients sign in to see their next appointment and the services they’ve booked before, so the same cut is quick to book again.
- ✓ Comes working05
Emails with the details
You get every booking with the service, stylist and time. Signed-in clients get a confirmation that says the same.
- ✓ Comes working06
The day by chair in your Admin
A calendar of the day for each stylist in your Admin. Stylists sign in with a staff role to see the day’s bookings.

A rebook nudge to you, on Live
Four weeks after each booking, you get an email naming the client and the service, so you can invite them back. Scheduled emails run on Live, from $8 a month.
What clients book, and the day you run.
Clients pick a service, a stylist and a time, then leave the deposit. You see the whole day laid out by chair in your Admin.
How do deposits help a salon make money?
A held chair is a paid chair.
An empty chair at 2:30 is money a salon never gets back. A deposit at booking turns a maybe into a client who shows up, and when someone cancels late, the deposit covers the time under the policy you post.
Online booking also takes the phone off the counter. Clients book at eleven at night, when they think of it, and your stylists keep cutting instead of answering calls between clients.
- Fewer no-showsA deposit is a reason to come.
- Booked after hoursThe calendar fills while you’re closed.
- Regulars on timeYour four-week nudge brings them back on schedule.
Which salon services should take a deposit first?
Start with the long services.
Color, highlights and treatments are where a no-show costs the most, so they’re the best place to start with a deposit. Quick services like a trim or a fringe can book without one, or keep coming in as walk-ins the way they do now.
No text reminders (texting isn’t switched on yet), and it doesn’t take card payments at the chair.
