Ten coffees in, one on the house.
Customers keep their card on their phone, signed in with an email. Your staff add a stamp at the counter, and when the card is full the reward comes off it in one tap.
It starts from“A digital punch card for my coffee shop where customers sign up with their email and see their own stamp card, my staff find a customer on a staff-only page and add a stamp, after 10 stamps the customer can redeem a free drink which uses up the stamps, and I can see stamps and rewards in my admin.”

What comes working in a loyalty punch card app?
A card they keep, stamps that count.
A paper card gets lost in a wallet. This one lives in the customer’s account, and every stamp is a real entry you can count.

Sign up at the counter
A customer signs up once with an email and a password, and their card exists. Next visit, a login link by email brings it back.
- ✓ Comes working02
Stamps only your staff can add
Staff open a staff-only page, find the customer by email and add a stamp. Customers can’t stamp their own card.
- ✓ Comes working03
The card shows the count
Each customer sees their own stamps and how many are left to go, and nobody else’s.
- ✓ Comes working04
A reward that needs a full card
At ten stamps the customer taps Redeem and shows you the screen. One stamp short, and it says so and takes nothing.
- ✓ Comes working05
Your reward, your number
Ten coffees, eight haircuts, six washes: you set how many stamps a reward takes and what the reward is.
- ✓ Comes working06
Staff you choose
You give the people behind your counter the staff role, and take it away the day they leave.

Stamps and rewards in Admin
See how many stamps went out this week and how many rewards were redeemed, with every stamp and the day it was added.
What the customer holds, what your staff tap.
The customer’s card shows their stamps. Your staff page finds a customer and adds one. Your Admin counts both.
How does a punch card make a shop more money?
The second visit is the one.
Most of a small shop’s money comes from regulars, and most regulars started as someone who came back once. A card with stamps already on it gives them a reason to pick you over the place next door.
A digital card also tells you what paper never did: how many cards are out, how often people come back, and how many free drinks you give away each week.
- A reason to returnA half-full card pulls people back.
- Rewards you can countSee what the free ones cost you each week.
- Nothing to printNo cards to lose, no stamps to fake.
How many stamps should a reward take?
Pick a number they can reach.
Short enough to feel close, long enough to pay for itself. Coffee shops often land at eight to ten, salons and car washes at five or six. Start a little short: a first reward that arrives early turns a visitor into a regular.
Stamps aren’t added by scanning a code or tapping a phone: staff add them from a staff page, and there are no text messages.
