The line forms before you park.
Post this week’s stops, and regulars preorder for a pickup window at the one near them. Each window takes only what you can hand out, and the money is in your Stripe before you park.
It starts from“A site for my food truck that shows this week’s stops with the place and hours, lets customers preorder one menu item at a fixed price for a pickup window at a stop, leave a name for the bag and pay by card, each window stops taking orders when it’s full, I get an email with every order, and my Admin lists and counts orders by stop.”

What comes working in a food truck preorder app?
Ready at every stop.
Selling ahead from a truck takes a schedule, a cap and a way to pay, and all of it is in the first build, painted in your truck’s colors.

This week’s stops, posted by you
Add each stop in your Admin with the day, the place and the hours. The page lists them in order, and a change you make shows up at once.

Preorders for a pickup window
Customers choose a stop and a window, like 12:00 or 12:15, pick a menu item at your price, and leave a name for the bag.
- ✓ Comes working03
Windows that close when full
Set how many orders each window can take, and the page shows what’s left, so the office crowd picks 12:30. When the last spot goes the window shows full, and the crew is never handed thirty tickets at noon.

Counts for every stop
Your Admin counts the preorders at each stop, so after a few weeks you can see which lots are worth the drive and which to drop.
- ✓ Comes working05
Paid before you park
Customers pay by card when they order, into your own Stripe. Lynqly never holds the money.

Orders by stop, in your Admin
Every preorder for the week, grouped by stop and window, plus an email to you for each one. Bag them in the order you’ll hand them out.
What the regulars see, and what you prep.
Customers check the week’s stops and preorder for a window. You get every order grouped by stop in your Admin, and each one in your inbox.
How do preorders help a food truck make money?
Sell the stop before you get there.
A truck’s day is short: a lunch window of two or three hours where every minute in line is a customer who might walk away. Preorders move part of that line to the morning, when people decide what they want from their desk and pay ahead.
They also show which stops are worth the drive. When Thursday at the brewery fills its windows and Tuesday doesn’t, the counts say so, and you can plan next week’s route around it.
- Shorter linesPreorders skip the wait at the order window.
- Load to the countStock the truck for what is already sold.
- Better stopsOrder counts show which places pay off.
What should a food truck sell by preorder?
Your fastest hand-off items.
Pick the items you can bag in seconds and that hold for ten minutes: sandwiches, burritos, a combo plate. Keep the slow, made-to-order dishes for the walk-up line, and set each window’s limit at what the crew can hand out in that time.
No live map of where the truck is right now (each stop shows the place and hours you post), and each checkout is one item at your price, not a mixed cart.
