Bake to order, not to guess.
Customers reserve a box for a pickup slot and pay ahead. Each slot closes at the number you can bake, and the money is in your own Stripe before the oven is warm.

What comes working in a bakery preorder app?
Ready before the first tray.
The parts a preorder page lives or dies on come working in the first version, in your name and your colors.

Pickup slots that close when full
Set how many boxes each slot can take. When the last one goes, the slot shows full, even if two people reach for it at once.
- ✓ Comes working02
Your boxes, your prices
A box of six, a dozen, a whole loaf: each at the price you set, fixed in the app. Nobody can change what they pay at checkout.
- ✓ Comes working03
Paid ahead, into your Stripe
Customers pay by card when they order. The money goes to your own Stripe account, never through ours.
- ✓ Comes working04
Boxes left, right on the page
Each slot shows how many are left, so the regulars who wait until Friday know to hurry.
- ✓ Comes working05
An email with every order
You hear about each preorder the second it lands, and your customer gets a confirmation back.

The bake list in your Admin
Every order for the weekend in one private list, counted by slot, so you know how much dough to mix on Friday.
What your customers see, and what you bake.
Customers pick a box and a slot, then pay. You get the weekend’s orders in your Admin, counted by slot, and every order in your inbox.
How do preorders help a bakery make money?
Sell it before you bake it.
A bakery loses money twice: on the trays still on the shelf at closing, and on the customers who arrive after the croissants are gone. Preorders fix both. You bake to a list, and the people who want your best sellers get them.
Paying ahead changes the weekend too. A paid preorder is a customer who shows up, and the money for the butter is already in your account on Thursday.
- Bake to the listEach slot’s count tells you how many boxes to make.
- Fewer no-showsA paid order is a pickup, not a maybe.
- Spread the rushCapped slots turn one 9 a.m. crowd into a steady line.
What should a bakery sell by preorder first?
Start with what sells out first.
Weekend boxes, holiday pies and whole cakes are the usual start: things with a set price and a pickup day. Keep walk-in sales at the counter the way they are, and move the items that sell out by ten o’clock to preorder.
Each checkout is one box or loaf at your price, so a mixed basket with a running total isn’t built yet, and it doesn’t run delivery drivers.
