Full classes, no clipboard.
Members book a spot from their phone with a drop-in, a class from their pack or their unlimited plan. When the room is full, the class says so.
It starts from“A class booking app for my fitness studio with a weekly schedule where each class has a set number of spots and shows sold out when full, drop-in classes paid by card, a 10-class pack that uses one class per booking, an unlimited monthly membership, member logins to see their bookings, and an email to me for every booking.”

What comes working in a fitness class booking app?
Set up before the first warm-up.
Capacity, payment and the class list are what a front desk juggles at 6 am. All of it works in the first version, under your studio’s name.

Spots that stop at capacity
Give each class its number of mats, bikes or racks. The last spot goes to one person only, and the class shows Sold out, even when two members tap at the same moment.
- ✓ Comes working02
Drop-ins at your price
A single class at the price you set, paid by card when they book. The money lands in your own Stripe account.
- ✓ Comes working03
Class packs that count down
Sell a 10-class pack at one set price. The classes land on the member’s account once it’s paid, each booking uses one, and an empty pack asks for a new one.
- ✓ Comes working04
An unlimited monthly plan
Members on your monthly plan book any class without paying each time. Your Stripe bills them each month, and only active members get through.
- ✓ Comes working05
Member logins with their classes
Each member signs in to see their upcoming classes and how many are left on their pack. Cancelling a booking frees the spot for someone else.
- ✓ Comes working06
Class lists for your instructors
Instructors sign in with a staff role to see who’s booked into each class. You get an email with every booking.
What members tap, and who walks in.
Members pick a class and book with a drop-in, a pack or their plan. You watch each class fill in your Admin calendar, and every booking lands in your inbox.
How does online class booking help a fitness studio make money?
Sell the class, not just the door.
A studio earns in two places: classes that fill, and members who keep coming back. A class that shows 3 left gets booked tonight, and a class that shows Sold out sends people to the 7:15 instead of out the door.
Packs and monthly plans bring the money in before the class happens. A member with seven classes left on a pack has a reason to show up on Tuesday, and an unlimited member is billed by your Stripe each month, busy week or slow.

Should a studio sell drop-ins, class packs or a monthly plan?
Three ways in, one schedule.
Most studios do well with all three. A drop-in at the highest price per class for people trying you out, a 10-class pack at a better price for regulars, and an unlimited monthly plan for the ones who come three times a week. All three book into the same classes, so you run one schedule, not three.
It doesn’t stream classes or run video sessions, and it doesn’t send texts yet: booking confirmations go by email.
